Rothwell’s Stain Protection Package is the ultimate protection against accidental spills and stains to your carpets and upholstery. Once cleaned choose our stain protection package and we will apply a stain resistant coating to your chosen items. This works by surrounding each fibre with a protective, invisible, fluorochemical coating which makes the fabric resistant to every-day soiling, water-based and oil-based stains. This protective coating does not affect the look or feel of your carpets or upholstery and gives great protection against household spillages reducing the chance of permanent stains. You will then be provided with our household spotter and spotter guide, excellent for quick treatment of marks yourself. PLUS, we back this up with FREE stain treatments when needed, carried out by Rothwell’s team of experts.

The Small Print

It’s not that small.

The coverage lasts for 12 months – with as many stain treatment call outs as needed.
Free stain treatment means just that, we will treat any stains to try and remove them. I’m sorry but it is impossible to guarantee the removal of any stain, we can only promise to do our very best as professionals.
Our call outs only cover items we have cleaned, and stain protected, not others.
Our stain treatment call outs are for spills, accidents or stains. Not for general carpet and upholstery cleaning. The stain protection treatment will help against general soiling, but items will still get soiled over time and your free call outs do not cover general maintenance cleans. We are of course happy to do these at the usual cost and for most homes maintenance cleans are recommended every 6 – 24 months.
Unfortunately stain protection does not stop everything but is a useful tool to help keep your carpets and upholstery looking clean for longer. It makes regular cleaning easier and helps in effective cleaning of spills and spots.
Stain protection does wear off over time and will need to be reapplied after 12 – 24 months.
